Entry Criteria and Fees for the 2010 Race
ENTRY
All competitors must complete an entry form. When the maximum of 200 entries has been reached, entries and cheques will be returned. Until the maximum has been reached, entries on the day can be accepted. Postal entries must arrive by 23rd July.

AAW affiliated members: £9
Unattached members: £11
On the day:
AAW affiliated members: £10
Unattached members: £12
REGISTRATION
Running numbers will be issued at Registration on Race Day, from 12 noon to 1.30p.m. at Monmouth Leisure Centre, Old Dixton Road, where there are also showers and changing rooms. The start is 100 yards from the Leisure Centre opposite The Nag's Head public house.
CAR PARKING
Free car parking as available at the Leisure Centre.
ENTRY CATEGORIES
Minimum age is 16.
The race is open to all runners.
There is a prize for the first local male and female runner.Local means a person of permanent residence living within 5 miles of the town of Monmouth.
Male
Senior: 16-39
Veteran: 40+
Super-vet: 50+
Local: 16+
Female
Senior: 16-34
Veteran: 35+
Super-vet: 45+
Local: 16+
TEAMS
There are no age categories for team entries but the minimum age of 16 still applies. Teams of 4, 3 to score [4th runner must finish and will be in any prizegiving]. There will prizes for the first two teams. Teams of mixed male and female runners are permitted. Entry fees are as for individuals. There are no separate prizes for female teams.
RESULTS
These will be available on our website after the race.
