UNFORTUNATELY THERE WILL BE NO KYMIN DASH 2011. THIS IS DUE TO THE INCREASE IN EXPENDITURE TO ORGANISE THE EVENT SAFELY. WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO OBTAIN SPONSORSHIP TO COVER THIS.
IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO SPONSOR THE 2012 RACE PLEASE CONTACT THE RACE ORGANISERS.
The Kymin Dash is a race with a long history which is run in the small border town of Monmouth. The Dash is a popular event which is now incorporated into Monmouth's Free 9 day Festival and Carnival which runs from 29th July to 6th August 2011.

The course covers approximately 7 miles of mixed terrain. It circles the town and ascends and descends the Kymin, a local viewpoint at 850ft, by forest tracks, field paths and minor roads to end on Chippenham Mead - the town recreation ground.
The Course record is 38mins 54secs, set by P. Wheeler in 1985.
